Dr AnneMarie Imafidon

Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE is a prodigy in every sense of the word. Aged 11, she was the youngest girl ever to pass A-level Computing and was just 20 years old when she received her Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford.

Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu

Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu is a New York Attorney and Solicitor of England & Wales with broad expertise in the financial services industry, writer, public speaker and political commentator featured in mainstream and online media. A political & women’s rights activist, she has taught intersectional feminism to female refugees and asylum seekers; scrutinises government policies from a gender and diversity inclusion perspective; and co[1]organises women’s marches and social campaigns. She founded the Women in Leadership publication as a platform to drive positive change on topical issues that impact women globally through inspiring personal leadership journeys; and established She@LawTalks to promote women & BAME leadership in the legal profession through universities and secondary schools. An academic enthusiast, she has an Executive MBA (Cambridge); PhD (Birkbeck); LLM (London School of Economics & Political Science); MA (Westminster) and LLB Hons (Buckingham University).

John Amaechi OBE

John Amaechi OBE is a respected organisational psychologist, best-selling New York Times author, sought after public speaker, executive coach and CEO of APS Intelligence Ltd. He is a non-executive director of a £2.4billion healthcare organisation, in addition to being a board advisor for several FTSE100 organisations in the financial, legal and professional services, technology, publishing, engineering and retail sectors. In 2019, John was recognised as one of HR’s most influential thinkers by HR Magazine. John is the first Briton to have a career in the NBA. John is a Chartered Scientist, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. He is a Research Fellow at the University of East London and his research interests are effective, inclusive leadership, building high-performing teams and organisational design that maximises productivity and human thriving in readiness for the future world of work.
